My name is Justin Treaster. I have been a real estate investor in the Dallas area for over 15 years, working every angle of the business from hands-on renovations to project management, from fix and flips to long-term buy and hold properties. I hold a Texas Real Estate License and founded PREAM Home Buyers to work directly with homeowners across East Dallas, Mesquite, Garland, Oak Cliff, Irving, and the broader DFW area.

When I am not working on a property, I am probably cooking something, out on my bike, or keeping up with my three daughters. I am a real person, rooted in this community, not a call center or an out-of-state fund looking to churn deals.
